My business had been with this company for more than 7 years and each year Diem Phuong gave us a big mess trouble with our business tax return and make us in debt for 2019 cause they lost our files and they have never accepted their fault. Anything happened they will blame on ours and get us pay very high fee but not responsibility for their duty at all. Not recommended! Be avoid them at any cost.

I usually never do a review, but the service I recently got was way beyond disrespectful that I had to share. There is a reason why people ask a question. It's because they don't know and you're there to help them understand the concerns they might have. You don't raise your voice and respond to a client with question on top of their question. If I knew the answer, I wouldn't be asking you in the first place. Diem Phng and other staff in Eden Financial and Accounting Services are very rude. I will never recommend them to anyone. Not worth your time to deal with people who are not helpful and inconsiderate.
