All of the classes I have taken here have been excellent! Last week, feeling stressed by various things, I felt truly transformed and deeply relaxed after going to Jess' Guided Meditation for Stress. Going to Malgosia's ACuYoga on Friday early evening is also the perfect way to end the week. And Marilu's classes are a lot of fun!
It’s extremely difficult for me to find mental health professionals that I can connect with and open up to, however, Jessica and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I felt safe, seen, heard, and most importantly, I felt like they truly care.
