It’s never a great experience planning a funeral for your mother, but this location assisted and made this process as smooth as possible. Andrea was our primary point of contact & her customer service was amazing. She was very attentive and responsive. Our officiant was Roshawnda Pearson & she is the absolute perfect person to bring light to a room. She’s sweet, caring, family oriented & does everything in her power to honor your loved one. The only reason I’m not giving 5/5 ratings is because it seems that there is no continuity when Andrea wasn’t at work. Everly Funeral and Cremation services did an outstanding job in preparing my wife’s cremation. They provided all the necessary death certificates and were very professional in their performance. The cost was very reasonable. I want to thank them for making a sorrowful situation very comfortable.
