This store came highly recommended by 2 relatives. Diagnosis was quick on my older Android Samsung Galaxy S21 phone not holding a charge on a Friday, & options for repair were presented. Decided to buy a new battery, which Ruth ordered, saying they would receive and then replace it in my phone on Monday. Checked phone repair status on their website, and had my phone back by Wednesday, New Years Eve Day. Have recommended this location to others already. Family-run business.
This place is amazing!! I was nervous my phone wouldn’t be salvageable from water damage but the person who helped me out did a wonderful job of explaining what was wrong and was able to fix in no time. They had Great communication, super friendly staff, and fixed everything quickly at a great price for with no stress. Plus, they have the cutest cat in the shop to keep you company, I’ll definitely be back for any future phone issues.
