Alex was the representative who booked my appointment a few weeks ago. I meant to leave a review but was extremely busy. The price was reasonable and he was extremely nice and helpful. I originally went in to have broken phone screen fixed. The back of it was exposed and he suggested it would only be $40 extra, which was well worth having the screen and back fixed! The phone looks brand new, works like a champ and I actually decided to reactivate it as a 2nd line on my phone plan. It was originally being used as a Wi-Fi phone, so this was a huge difference maker! I will definitely be coming back to them whenever I need my phone fixed!

I went in thinking I need to replace my battery they mentioned to me no need to do so, they could have gotten one over me and pocketed some money.
