I had a very pleasant experience with the Eye lab tech, Luis Chicas. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time to help me, answer my questions and did not make me feel like I had to rush. Thank you, Luis.
Eleonora from the vision center at the fair oaks location was absolutely phenomenal! She always goes above and beyond and made sure that I had the best experience at Kaiser. She checked my insurance throughly to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal and was overall incredible! I truly appreciate her level of care and her attention to detail.
