This was my second time using this clinic. My first visit was for a mammogram, and not only was I able to be seen within a week of calling for an appointment, the technician was friendly, careful, thorough, and kind. Today’s visit to Urgent Care was completed in less than an hour, with diagnosis, treatment, and a referral follow up appointment done to quickly and professionally. I recommend military members and their families use this clinic!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Fairfax Health Center Pharmacy. What is the point of forcing patients to use the remote/home pickup scheduling process if we still end up waiting just as long as we did before? I understand the goal is to eliminate crowds, but as a patient, I see absolutely no benefit or time savings from this system.After waiting for over an hour for my pickup, I discovered that the pharmacy staff failed to prepare all my medications, missing one item from my list. Great experience. From the guards to the receptionist, to the PA, Catherine, it was very easy and professional. I received different options for my pain and then additional next steps if the pain didn't subside. Much appreciated.
