They are honest, truthful folks who don’t BS you. I’ve ordered them on emergency twice, they’ve showed up and fixed the problem. I’m brutally honest in my reviews if a company irks me, this company is spectacular in their service, from initial phone call to completion of service. If you can get them to show you what needs to be fixed, they will. I like them, but I just paid $65 for a $2 (maybe less) 240V fuse. Either way, my 17 month old has heat again.
