Dr. Torno is very thorough and kind. Her associates are the same, caring out the patients around them. I've never had a problem with this office. Rarely have I had to wait more than 5 or so minutes before being seen - which I so appreciate.
As usual my visit at Prima Medicine was positive and easy. The reception staff are friendly and professional. The nurse was attentive and treated me with respect and compassion. And, of course, Dr. Torno was amazing. With her I get a personal attention and caring that puts me at ease. She asks the right questions and always answers my inquiries with detail. I am thankful that I got “the right doctor”.
Appointment was on time, staff took the primary data and Dr. Luther encouraged me to improve my daily exercise habits. Blood tests were performed in a quick manner without bruising. Positive staff!
