I came into the store with the wrong pipe — I accidentally brought a toilet pipe instead of the faucet one I needed. Devon helped us out right away without any judgment. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure we got the right part and saved us a second trip. Great customer service — definitely deserves 5 stars!
