We’ve been visiting the office regularly over the past couple of months, and every appointment has been handled with professionalism and kindness. The front desk team is always welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Juan, the dental assistant, for being so friendly and attentive throughout the treatment, and to Miss Alena at the front desk — she’s such a wonderful lady who explains everything clearly and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.

But one thing hard to admit is you realize your mistake that there’s really no better one than your previous provider. And so I swallowed a bit of my pride and went back to my previous dentist, Dr. Vladyslav Ovcharenko. Dr. O is truly the best Dentist there is, a family dentist so knowledgeable, professional, gentle and kind especially in giving a little break to a senior without insurance like myself.
