Alright. Our unit went down during the 4th of July heatwave and I had another company come by to see if they could fix it (they had done some electrical work recently). They couldn't fix it and thought it was donezo and I'd have to replace the outside unit. They were going to call back and figure out a price the next day. I called Ali for a second opinion and he came out in about an hour and had it fixed in 20 minutes...
Mr. Ali has been our trusted HVAC technician for over 15 years. His knowledge, honesty, and professionalism are unmatched. Whenever we have an AC issue, he’s the first person we call. He recently installed our new unit, and it is working beautifully. We are very grateful for his excellent service and highly recommend him to our family and friends.
