I had the best experience in this store last week when I went to buy lipstick. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she was extremely nice and very helpful when I couldn’t decide which lip color to buy. I will definitely shop here again.

I live in NYC and go to Bluemercury stores all over, but Mosaic is my absolute favorite. I've always had a wonderful experience there, but Gelila is the absolute best, knowledgeable about the products and always recommends exactly what I need. I always make sure to stop by the store when I am in the area!!!

I just bought my first item in this store, and it was overall such a wonderful experience. The Store Manager, Gelila Desta, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable on the shade of tinted moisturizer that I needed. Thank you!
