Glad to have had my root and gloss color corrected today. I’m very impressed that Madison Reed takes customers’ satisfaction seriously. The colorist (sorry for not getting the name) who redid my hair at the Fairfax location did an amazing job. Will remain Madison’s member for sure. Thank you!

I had a great experience here! My color technician was fabulous. I was way behind in getting my roots covered, and so when she asked me questions, I invited her to make some professional recommendations, which she did, I accepted, and it turned out great. I really enjoyed meeting her, and she was so friendly and thorough.I love the online booking process (super easy) and that all your activity across Madison Reeds appears in your profile, so you don't have to remember what the color(s) was you used last time. They did a decent job with my highlights, except they kind of look chunky and also I didn't ask for highlights. I went in with a request for a balayage and expressed my desire to have my hair light blonde (my natural hair is already a dirty blonde/light brown with natural highlights in it). The colorist did spend a lot of time on my hair, but then after when they were rinsing it out they brushed my (freshly bleached) hair REALLY ROUGHLY, then put some toner on it.
