“My niece wanted her hair cut in layers and so we made an appointment at this location. The stylist who cut her hair the first time was not very effective. Hence I called back and asked for a redo. The manager , Gabriella and stylist Kenya were extremely helpful , kind and cooperative . Kenya cut her hair way better than the actual photo she was shown . She was friendly and gave suggestions on how to style her hair. Gabriella , the manager , was very cooperative and empathetic to my niece's unhappiness with the previous haircut . She was eager to do the right thing and cared about our satisfaction. All throughout the process both of them never displayed a hint of negativity, discontent or bad vibes. They wanted to make sure that we were happy .Kudos to both of them for doing such a good job and above all making sure to leave no stone unturned in customer satisfaction . Very rarely seen qualities in today's time ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !”
