“Have been coming to Neeru since 2016.. she is the only stylist that has been able to get my hair to the level blonde I love. (My hair is extremely stubborn to bleach) the toner she uses makes it a cool blonde as I hate any warm colors in my hair.?when cutting my hair she ALWAYS shows me the amount in her fingers before she takes the actual scissors to my hair.
