It was my first time, I have 4a thick hair I was worried about trying this hair cuttlry, but boy was I wrong, the stylists are trained in diverse hair textures and know how to wash! Nuzhat was so nice and was gentle with my hair, I did not even have breakage and don’t worry they use ALOT of heat protection here! I just had an appointment with Carmen. I showed her some pictures on how I wanted my hair to be cut. She asked questions for the precise description of how I wanted my hair cut.
