He ALWAYS did everything he could to please us, no matter what we requested. He is now considered part of our family. We got constant updates from the front office via Jessie who always made sure we were up to date. The most incredible thing is that Steve Waldron, the President of the company, is never more than a phone call away. He sets a high standard for responsiveness and customer service, and it runs through every Pristine employee we met. I recommend Pristine Acres without a single reservation. They are simply the best.
