“River Run is an exceptional vet practice. The front desk staff is kind on the phone as well as in person. The techs are wonderful. We have a favorite vet but won’t say her name because I selfishly want her to be available when we need her! ? I drive the extra distance from Bon Air to go to River Run. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
They seem pricey but that’s the way it is now if you want the very best care for your pets. I believe there is an option to pay incrementally if you cannot afford to pay a high invoice.

“Kelly is a senior dog whose dental care was put on hold because of a very unfortunate teeth cleaning incident a few years earlier at a different facility. I reluctantly dropped her off a couple of weeks ago for a dental cleaning at Oasis. I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The doctors, the staff, the office, everything breathed a compassionate yet professional atmosphere. When I picked Kelly up she was alert albeit a bit groggy, which I was told to expect. She has meanwhile fully recovered and her breath no longer qualifies as a secret weapon. I could not be happier and I’d recommend Oasis to anyone who cares for his or her pet.“

“We have used this vet for almost 30 years. I always find both of the veterinarians to be Very empathetic and caring regarding my pets. They also do not jump to extensive and expensive testing before trying a number of routes that are easier on the pets that can solve the problem just as well as more sophisticated paths.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken our labradoodle to these wonderful people for 14 years. He was so loved and cared for by everyone from the front desk, the groomers (LOVE Gayla!!!), the Vet Techs (esp Hillary and Lydia) and the vets (esp Dr. White and Dr Willis)!! They are all so patient and take the time to listen and offer their expertise with compassion. Their Jobs are not easy a lot of days and often they are met with emotional pet family members who take out their fears and frustrations on them. I have witnessed how much they care very much for each animal that comes through the door and strive to give the very best care they can. I would highly recommend them!!!“
