I was traveling with my 2 kids home from Virgina Beach to Columbus Ohio when I caught a flat. I called every tire shop looking for an affordable used tire and couldn't find one. I finally called them he said he didn't have my size but would reach out to another garage to see. he gave me a quick call back and told me he didn't have my exact size but had something close. I pulled up and he got me changed very swiftly. I asked if he took card he said no I suggested Apple Pay or cash app he said no. I asked about an atm and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the verge of tears already because my 8 hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip and he I think his name was Dalton was the nicest person I came across my whole trip. I asked him what I could do he told me to leave a review for him. I'll never forget that man! there are still kind people in the world.

Of all of the electrical supply houses around the Roanoke area, I have always favored state electric. ( for no reason other then just the vibe I personally get there.) I'm not saying it is better than any other by no means. I have always had great customer service here and even if they don't have something in stock, assuming you don't need it on the spot, they will get it for you. Beautiful setting with a nice healthy population of rainbow, brown, tiger and brook trout. Caught two trophy 26”+ fish on return trips through the years. Derek is a great host and one of my favorite places to fly fish in the world!

Extremely happy with this Veterinarian and his staff. All are polite and provide personable, timely and great care. The Veterinarian provides skilled, experienced care along with detailed information with each visit. When my puppy was bitten by a big rogue dog, we were seen immediately. Emergency care was a bit expensive; especially for someone on a fixed income, but as the emergent care was excellent I will return.
This is an absolutely top-notch company, and is my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC needs! Holly is an outstanding manager and receptionist.... incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly.... always calls back immediately if she is not able to pick up at the time, and always promptly responds to any questions or needs. She knows the business well, and is an invaluable resource. James is absolutely fantastic! He is truly a master plumber and HVAC expert among other talents with 30+ years of experience... plus a super nice gentleman. I have had nothing but superb experiences with James on several difficult jobs at our place. He and Shane, who is also wonderful, came out today to do a custom gas-line installation to a fireplace that is being re-built...They literally went the extra mile today to drive 40 miles out of their way to pick up a necessary part from the only supplier in the area who had it in stock! I can't thank the entire team at Chapman enough for being so wonderful to work with!
I came in to sell a Nintendo switch (that I played like twice) and some games that came with it. As I walked in the store seemed spacious and had a good variety to stuff on the shelves. Interacting with Jay and his employees was very pleasant. He also offered a fair price for and told me what he would sell for. Very transparent and fair.
