They completed a full decontamination, paint correction, and ceramic coating, and the coach looks incredible. The shine is amazing, but even more importantly, it’s now protected and much easier to maintain for years to come.

We did a keepsake fairy and gnome garden workshop at The Doll House as a group of girlfriends, and it was such a highlight of our time at The Greenbrier. Rachel and Madison hosted the event and were absolutely terrific—so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in making the experience special for everyone.
They gave us the freedom to be creative while also offering just the right amount of guidance. We had a blast from start to finish and each walked away with a unique piece we truly love. It’s something we’ll treasure and that will always bring back happy memories of our time together. I highly recommend this experience—it was creative, relaxing, and just plain fun.

The Gillespie family-owned florist is an example of excellence and service on every level. This is especially noteworthy because they are located in the little town of White Sulphur Springs WV! I have used their rental and printing services which are top notch in quality as well as timeliness, but it is their depth of knowledge and creativity in their floral arrangements that are as superior to any I have used. And I have used professional florists in kids’ weddings in Chicago, Pittsburgh and Nantucket. I am a gardener and know flowers so it is hard to really blow me away. But Gillespies does. Their other business traits of attention to detail, promptness, follow through also makes them exemplary. And finally they are kind and easy to work with.

Drove two hours and it was absolutely worth the drive. I already had 17 ear piercings, but Sarah helped me thoughtfully design my next additions — sending me a visual mockup ahead of time so I could actually see what we were creating together. I’ve never had a piercer do that before, and it made the experience feel so personal and collaborative.
She added three stacked lobes on each side + an antitragus (I will put the gold opal piece in once healed), and helped me replace my rook jewelry after I accidentally left it empty too long. Instead of turning me away, she used her skill and creativity to safely get a piece back in so the piercing can stay open — true artistry and care. Once it fully heals again I'll be able to add the gold double hoop.
Sarah’s calm, kind energy instantly puts you at ease. She explains every step as she works, keeps everything immaculately clean and sterile, and uses beautiful, high-quality jewelry. You can feel how much intention she puts into every detail.
I am beyond happy with how everything turned out — and now I can’t wait to go back to see Kalea for a tattoo!

Amazing spa, 10/10. Staff were incredibly friendly. Café was Phenomenal, I got the prosciutto press and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Liz and Cadence were incredible professional and accommodating. Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to everyone who comes

It took us forever to find a housecleaning service. Jenni and her crew were ontime and thorough. Finally dust free. They went above and beyond and even dusted between railing spindles. Very nice to work with. Definitely will have them come back frequently. Highly recommend.

Home facility and I can an will say they have truly done anything an everything in the Best interest of my Father nothing or no one is perfect by far but I can honestly say they care about there patients an the staff has been an is very helpful with my needs for my Father an his needs as a patient .
