Past midnight on I-64 east bound and 14 hrs into our drive in a 22 ft winnebago, we stop at the last diesel station still pumping. Unknowingly ,the BP station uses different colors to identify their pumps, green being gas and black diesel..12 miles up the road our rig breaks down in a precarious spot.I call our road side service help line and was told their are no tow companies available and nothing we could do at 1am. Hit a deer and worked with Hook and Tow through USAA. Communication was cordial and concise, and they got my vehicle taken care of even though I couldn't be there in person. Wonderful professionalism even at odd hours of the morning.
I was stock in a posithat no other tow company would even try to help. They showed up and busted their rear ends and made it work. Without tearing up my truck. They were great and knew what they were doing. It wasn't easy but it got done. Highly recommend these guys.
