I was traveling with my 2 kids home from Virgina Beach to Columbus Ohio when I caught a flat. I called every tire shop looking for an affordable used tire and couldn't find one. I finally called them he said he didn't have my size but would reach out to another garage to see. he gave me a quick call back and told me he didn't have my exact size but had something close. I pulled up and he got me changed very swiftly. I asked if he took card he said no I suggested Apple Pay or cash app he said no. I asked about an atm and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the verge of tears already because my 8 hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip and he I think his name was Dalton was the nicest person I came across my whole trip. I asked him what I could do he told me to leave a review for him. I'll never forget that man! there are still kind people in the world.

Beautiful setting with a nice healthy population of rainbow, brown, tiger and brook trout. Caught two trophy 26”+ fish on return trips through the years. Derek is a great host and one of my favorite places to fly fish in the world!

Of all of the electrical supply houses around the Roanoke area, I have always favored state electric. ( for no reason other then just the vibe I personally get there.) I'm not saying it is better than any other by no means. I have always had great customer service here and even if they don't have something in stock, assuming you don't need it on the spot, they will get it for you. This location did not disappoint either. Thanks.

I do not live in the area and wanted to send my mom some flowers for her 69th birthday. The ladies we so patient over the phone with me and gave me an amazing price on the perfect birthday bouquet. They are over the top friendly and even though I called and bothered them ALOT about my delivery ( because I wanted it to go perfect) they were ALWAYS polite and professional. You can always tell a business’s top priorities after a few minutes on the phone with them. They are awesome in the Covington office and they was phenomenal at the wv location had to take my older dog after hours she had serious injuries was in bad shape they met me at the office and kept me updated over the weekend while she had to stay they they saved her life they will now be my permanent vet???? ????????

Following my Right Total Knee Replacement Surgery; LewisGale Hospital nurses arranged for me to receive physical therapy through Sentara Home Care Services. I feel very grateful and appreciative for the physical therapy services that I received from Sentara. The admitting physical therapist, Kim, was very helpful, skilled and professional in assessing what my physical therapy needs were. Kim throughly explained what to expect from my therapy and gave clear instructions on how to access care as needed. My therapy sessions were then provided by an excellent physical therapist, Rusty. Rusty PT also demonstrated a high level of skill and professionalism. Rusty gave clear concise verbal and written understandable and helpful instructions. Both physical therapist, Kim and Rusty, were very kind and friendly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. As a retired Home Healthcare RN CM, I highly recommend Sentara Home Care Services as they have demonstrated to have hired highly skilled, professional and personable therapists. Special thanks goes out to Rusty and Kim.
Dr. Mann and his staff are saints. I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. They are true animal lovers. Dr. Mann puts so much thought and attention on the animals. He really considers everything and never rushes an appointment. He takes time to really connect with the animal so that they feel comfortable. He checked in with us regularly and was on call for emergencies. It's clear how much he truly cares.
Kramer was in so much pain and discomfort when we first brought him in 6 weeks ago. He had a UTI, heart and kidney failure, and the Fairlea Animal hospital, who had not tested his urine, gave him the wrong antibiotic for the infection. He was really straining to urinate for so long and it was just heartbreaking to watch. Dr. Mann identified the problem right away and got him on the right antibiotic. The acupuncture treatments were also tremendously helpful.
Kramer passed just a few days ago (it was his time), and Dr. Mann did everything he could for him in the meantime. We appreciated that he did not simply treat him like a lost cause, even with multiple organ failure. By the end, he was so much more comfortable and at peace because of his care. We ended up having a very positive experience with his passing (as positive as losing a pet can be). Euthanasia is one of the hardest decisions anyone can make for their pet, but I truly think it is the animals that actually guide the decision, not us. Dr. Mann never gave up on Kramer, but was there to support and validate that choice when it was time. He was on call for us last weekend, and went out of his way to come to our home on a Sunday. It made such a huge difference, because we were comfortable in our backyard and got to sit with him for as long as we wanted afterwards. Dr. Mann was was so compassionate, and handled everything just perfectly. He really was a godsend. We are eternally grateful.
Large store that has a variety of items and more they're adding. The service could be a little better but I'm sure they're doing the best they can right now.
