The treatment included electrotherapy patches to my muscles for about 10 minutes and then laying on a rolling massage table to massage my whole spine and finally, going into the chiropractor's room where he adjusts/aligns/cracks everything. The key is to stick to the recommended treatment plan. Everyone that works there is friendly and offers good service.“

“I’ve been seeing Dr Tammy since July/August and it’s such a blessing I got in contact with her through my aunt. When we moved to VA I broke out in full body hives and swelling. Nothing was working, I hadn’t taken a pharmaceutical medication in 10 years, but I was desperate so I got a steroid shot and took some allergy medicine. It didn’t touch it! I started seeing Dr. Tammy and after the first appointment started to feel relief. I saw her monthly for a few months and all my hives are gone. She is so knowledgeable and such a sweet person. She really listens to you and wants to help you get better. She would send me research articles after appointments so I could learn more as well and it was so nice to be able to read more about everything she would talk about during appointments. I highly recommend seeing her for anything you may be dealing with.“

“I booked a same day appointment online with ease. Upon arrival,Jenny made it quick and easy to determine the best massage needed! Originally I picked her signature massage however, she suggested a different mix. I did share my desire for some reflexology and stones but, wasn’t sure exactly how it would be incorporated. It was my first time. We agreed on pricing up front which was generous. The other Jenny gave the massage and it was a mixture of reflexology, deep tissue and hot stones.
