Me, my sister and our childhood friend came in looking for ONE thing. ONE THING EACH PERSON. We came out with MANY things. Their service is SO good it was like a sirens sound. They make you feel so comfortable and they are AMAZING when it comes to matching the shades as well as teaching you as you look around. 10/10 service it was AMAZING I love the employees so much!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Brittany B., the incredibly experienced store manager at this Ulta location! I had been dealing with a frustrating return issue for three days and had to make multiple trips back to the store.
Instead of giving up, Brittany went completely above and beyond. She patiently dug into the problem until she finally figured out it was a backend system glitch. Her expertise, dedication, and amazing attitude turned a stressful situation into a massive relief. Ulta is incredibly lucky to have leaders like Brittany!
I came here last week needing a haircut, so I booked an appointment with Brittany. I honestly went in nervous bc I've had some unsatisfactory visits in the past, but y'all, she did not disappoint!
Brittany is fun, very patient and helpful. She helped me come with a a cute new style to complement my chop! I haven't worn my hair's natural curls in years. I typically straighten my hair or just bun it up. Brittany was able to revitalize my curls & gave me tips on how to care for them. My hair feels much better and easier to manage, and after all the compliments I've received last week, I've decided that I'm going to stick with my curls for now. 🥰
