Good afternoon I just wanna say I only visit patient care first because of Doctor Desai. He’s the best doctor I know he listen he give you good advice and he’s a great doctor. From checkin to bloodwork to the doctor ... they were AWESOME! I highly recommend Patient First on Battlefield in Chesapeake because despite the high volume and stress in dealing with Covid they were amazing in their service, professionalism, and friendliness. At no point did I feel like just a number to anyone. Each person had a wonderful demeanor which led to a very pleasant experience in what is often a very morbid ordeal.
I genuinely wish I would've taken then time to get the names of all the staff members taking care of me. They are truly GOOD PEOPLE!
