Great experience at velocity. Wanted to let the nurse know that performing her job when pregnant beside sick people was awesome and hope her career go well. Jenny my primary was extremely informative. She took the time to provide me information when using Inhalers. She was very patient and was good hearted.
The staff were efficient and kind and Jenny handled my little girl's injury perfectly. I was very impressed with her bedside manner and kindness. The visit was quick but thorough. I'm very pleased with our experience overall.
Everyone was wonderful from the front desk to the nurse. I saw Jenny at the Town Center location and she was super helpful & understanding. She took the time to talk, really listen, & find a solution.
