Absolute life savers! Came in late last night for my 5 yr old son. He tripped on the playground and needed stitches above his eye. We started off at CHKD ER where the wait was over two hours and no one even spared my son a freaking piece of gauze to help with the blood, let alone even looked up at him. After waiting an hour with no follow up and nearly emptying the tissue box at the registration desk because of the bleeding I was at my limit, my son had now had his injury unchecked for nearly two hours and I took a gamble on the urgent care here. Excellent experience at NowCare. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Front desk administrators were friendly and competent. Medical staff was excellent and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail and dispatched prescriptions right away. Highly recommend NowCare on Volvo. Thanks to everyone there for their help.
