My experience was great: I had lost my sunglasses and needed new ones pronto! Holly and James were professional, listened to my preferences and helped me with my insurance. The whole process took less than 35 minutes: very helpful, very personable. Two thumbs up....highly recommended. And the price was Also great!!!!

I wanted to check out an additional option than my optometrist’s office. I saw Warby Parker through ads and Google searches. I found a store near me. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive. It was within two hours of closing on Saturday, and, despite it being crowded, someone helped me within five minutes. One of the sales associates suggested an area to look. After looking at several pairs, I ended up with the first pair I tried on. It is a comfortable environment to try on glasses.

Very organized, many styles of frames to choose from. Many of the frames come in different widths, just ask the associate if you like the frames and want to check on a different size. They were able to search for and pull up my prescription from another opticians office. Friendly, no pressure. Now that I've been in the store I would be more willing to buy their frames online also
