I saw Dr Amy Lance on 11/12/25 . It was NOT a good experience. Sue did not offer me a full eye exam with the dilating drops - I had to talk her into it in spite of the fact that she said in the appointment that she recommends a full eye exam once a year and in spite of the fact that I told her I haven’t had an eye exam in 18 months .
After the appointment it took 15 days to get my prescription at the pharmacy because the office failed to fill out a pre authorization request for my insure be for the prescriptions that were denied.
