Excellent selection of beautifully made frames, along with the some of the greatest opticians in Charlottesville = Perfect place to visit. Highly recommend.

I was doing yard work yesterday and managed to knock something over into my face. Luckily my glasses took the brunt of the blow. Unfortunately, one lens has three parallel scratches. When I went by this morning to see about a new lens I was very happily surprised to find out it was under warranty. Made my morning ! We have used them for over 20 year for my glasses and those of my kids. They always did their best to repair whatever damage my kids and I caused and are the only ones I trust to make glasses for my son with 20:1500 vision. Thanks!

Their customer service is outstanding! I took an older gentleman who was trying to replace broken older-style frames, hoping that they would have some to fit his lenses. Pretty much everyone in the store participated in the search. They even went through the old, donated glasses to find a fit. When that store didn't find a match, one of the associates made a tracing and sent a copy to the sister store, who seemed to have a match!! We went to the store, and he came home with some very handsome glasses frames! Exceptional help, and SO much appreciated!
