From my first phone call, I experienced professionalism, kindness, and flexibility. I’ll be using Right at Home help following knee replacement and I already know I’ll be in good hands. Samantha has been prompt and excellent in coordinating my needs with a flexible staff. I also was impressed with Shanecia, who attended the home visit with her.

This is a very personable and engaged group of folks.
My parents became ill and after hospitalization, ended up at a rehab facility. Initially, we thought they would be there for 3 months, but that turned into 6 weeks with basically a 2 week notice on the discharge date. This left us in a huge bind because it was going to take 3-6 weeks to get them into an assisted living facility. I was overwhelmed and feeling helpless as my wife and I work full time jobs, have pre-teen kids, and live in a three story home that is not friendly to elderly people with significant fall risk.

Sam has been wonderful to work with, easy to talk with, took time to find the perfect match (caregiver) for my father and prompt to answer questions. Thanks to her, this has been an easy transition for my father to be at home.
