I began using Commonwise through a referral from my parent's LTC insurance company, to provide care at home for my parents in Lexington, VA. This was a new area of service for Commonwise, but they were quickly able to find two capable, kind and caring people to cover the part time shifts that we needed. Communication has been excellent and the daily summaries are so helpful for me to understand how things are going from a distance. I sincerely appreciate the care, concern and professionalism shown by everyone we deal with at Commonwise.

We are so grateful for the care the Commonwise team provided to our family member. The caregivers were consistently kind, skilled, and highly competent. We also greatly appreciated the professional commitment required to make certain there were no gaps in coverage, even during ice storms and holidays. I cannot think of a more deeply personal situation than providing care for someone in their home, and these wonderful caregivers, especially Lilli and Connie, as well as Lisa B, made a challenging time as seamless and comfortable as it could be. Charlottesville is lucky to have Commmonwise, and I highly recommend them for personalized, dedicated care.
