Rainbow came in and cleaned it up quickly and professionally, providing updates, photos and clarity the whole way. At the end of the job, there was a little confusion over billing, and the team and Rainbow was diligent to address the relevant discrepancies and ensure the billing was handled correctly, before I issued the final payment.
