They were incredibly helpful, gave me advice over the phone on how to keep the stain from drying, and were able to come out the very next day.<br><br>They cleaned our entire hallway and stairs, and I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes—the blue stain was completely gone in about 10 minutes. After two days of frustration, there was absolutely no trace of blue left. They truly saved us hundreds of dollars, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!”

“This is not referencing carpet cleaning, but dryer vent cleaning.<br><br>Andy was right on time, explained the procedure in detail and got right to work. I was in a meeting elsewhere, but my wife was very impressed that he took the time clean between the dryer and washer and removed what looked to be a lint and dirt factory. Too, the 'clean vent' light on the dryer no longer pops on.<br><br>Regarding carpet cleaning, that is on our 'to-do' list and we'll call Heaven's Best of Central Virginia for that task a bit down the road.<br><br>Five (5) stars well earned!”
“Had an extreme makeover restoration done after a fire, and Kidd's did an absolutely outstanding job. As with any older property, they ran into several challenges, but they came through with creative workarounds that worked (and passed inspection!) every time. They listened well, gave plenty of status updates and came within budget. Restoration of a standalone property like this takes a long time, be prepared for a long haul. The results are worth it.”
