The staff that came to our home as well as the staff at the facility. Tom was especially amazing. He was patient, he was kind and he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience for asking questions and helping us with making our choices. This is an awful thing to go through, but this is the place you want to call when you go through it. The Sheil Family cannot thank them enough for their kindness.“

“My sweet daddy passed away on November 4th. Pastor Mix & Levi came and picked up my father. They both were so kind and professional. My family (8 of us) met with Funeral Director Mark the next afternoon. Upon entering the doors, everyone was so compassionate & caring. They made us feel like family. Mark was very patient with us. He was very thorough and explained all the options available to us. Mark went above & beyond in all he did for us. On the day of the service, I was a little anxious because we were having an open casket. At the time of my dad’s passing, he had lost so much weight and muscle tone that he did not resemble the healthy hardworking man we all knew and love. Joanna and Andrea are both amazing. They prepared my dad, and he looked so much like the man he was before the cancer ravaged his body. I cannot express enough that when your loved one looks like themselves it does bring peace. Mark and Guinevere were the director and assistant that took care of the service. They arrived at the church ahead of time, set everything up, and made everything as painless as possible. We received so many compliments about the service and what a wonderful job they did. I will forever be grateful for all they did for my family!“

“My dad passed two years ago, and Kline Memorial's staff has exceeded all expectations in fabrication of a headstone. Rick met on multiple occasions with me, my mom and my siblings to discuss the fabrication of a memorial that would best represent my dad. We all had differing ideas, and Rick was able to take all of the input and make a custom headstone that captured the disparate ideas. Having Rick help us navigate decisions about materials, decoration, text size and all of the other details we had never consider was super helpful. Not only did the Kline team fabricate and install the headstone, but they also provided guidance and installation for a custom sculpture that was mounted into the granite. In addition to Rick, the team that helped with the project were all caring, respectful and skilled craftsman. My whole family is grateful for help!“

“It was an absolute blessing getting to work with Ames Funeral Home and the Ames family. My Dad unexpectedly passed and this was the first funeral I've had to help plan and organize. Ames really was there for us every step of the way, answering any questions and fully explaining all the options we had. They are very thorough and organized to make sure every detail is remembered, so they will keep everything running timely and important items ready for you to have at the end if you trust them and let them. They are direct when keeping the line moving during the visitation, but I think that was needed again to keep everything running on time.
