Rachel Harris was our Funeral Director for the recent services of our mother, Patsy Michalski, and she unsurpassed our expectations. Our family was very impressed with how organized Rachel was and kept our family on track while at the same time showed great compassion during a difficult time. Rachel navigated multiple personalities during a difficult situation and yet successfully brought the family together and appease everyone. The entire process and service could not have been done more perfectly and with grace. Thank you Rachel and Fairfax Memorial for a perfect memorial service for our dear mother.
Cathy, the Funeral Director at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home is top notch. She was there from start to finish and handled everything so professionally. She went above and beyond, as we needed forms from my husband's military records that we didn't have and couldn't obtain. We had many people working on it and no one could get them, but somehow Cathy did. She was compassionate and caring at the time that you need it most. Thnak you for everything. Jackie Morra.
Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home was wonderful to work with, especially our funeral director, Cathy Younkin. In a time of sadness, the extra compassion and attention to details can mean all the difference in the world, and Cathy did just that. The service was for my father and everyone we worked with was super helpful. Even when calling in, the special touch of asking "and the loved one you have lost" stood out to me. Caring, compassionate, detailed, responsive all while navigating emotions from the family is not easy and that is exactly what Cathy and her team did. Thank you Fairfax Memorial for making one of the hardest day of my life so far a little bit easier.
