This was my first electrolysis experience, and it’s been great so far. Lara is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. As a Black woman with darker skin, I had some concerns going into the process, but she took the time to thoroughly explain how electrolysis works, what to realistically expect, and how treatment can differ for someone with thicker, coarser hair.

I especially appreciated her honesty and transparency. Excellent experience and establishment! I was recommended by my Dermatologist, and it has exceeded my expectations. I came in for chin/upper lip. The results have been great, and Wendy is always so professional and accommodating. The owner is very nice, and the place is clean and professional. Highly recommend!
