Pegah did amazing job at my hair she took her time and went above and beyond she did everything the way I wanted im really happy how my hair turned I won’t change I found the right stylist for me Pegah did wonderful love it I will be returning, also Sofia was the sweetest for staying extra few hrs for helping finishing up my hair fast also taking pictures of my hair , also the front desk are really amazing and accommodating.
I recently had my first treatment here and experienced a very nice facial. The esthetician and desk staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, at checkout I discovered some misleading business practices related to gift certificates. I discussed my concerns with the manager, who was unmoved. I will not be returning.
Today I had a haircut and color. When I received my receipt I noticed a $20 upcharge for using the Kevin Murphy product. I was not told this in advance. Also, I was told this is the only product they plan on using. I would like a lower price choice. Shapes raises their prices and then adds on additional costs without telling you. I have emailed management.
