I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lasner. He's a very chill, genuine and knowledgeable professional. I went in for both a Endo and Colonoscopy and both times it was a calm experience. I definitely recommend him. BTW, their staff was super nice and friendly.
Everything about this practice has been EXCELLENT! From the office visit to my Endoscopy procedure. Dr. Lasner and staff are top notch. Very thorough and made me feel completely at ease during my procedure. My only reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5, is the huge delay in receiving my biopsy results. I was told a week to 10 days and today, it's been 3 weeks since my procedure and I haven't heard a thing. Nothing in the mail nor my online portal. I'm still experiencing symptoms and the length of time since my procedure... I'm really concerned. Hoping no news means nothing serious, but what if it is? I was surprised that I had to wait at least 30 min past my appointment time when my appointment was early morning. I could hear the doctor just entering and starting the appointment in the room next to mine at the time my appointment was supposed to be starting. I don't know how they would be running so far behind at 9:15 am. And if it was because the person was late for their appointment, the office staff should have made that person wait until after my appointment. That patient arrived at the same time I did and checked in right before me. If the office is booking two appointments at the same time, that also is not good practice.
