The PA listened to what I had to say, including some thoughts I had picked up from the internet. He started to mildly disagree with the information but then said, let's look that up in some database. he had. Then he said, most of the studies that drew those conclusions were in a hospital setting and might not apply to my situation. I don't believe I have ever had a health care provider admit that there might be something new to be learned and investigate quickly and on the spot. I think that was an awesome trait and told him so. Thank you!!!
Every one were fabulous. I felt that they really care. Javier Mery, PA took the time to go over my concerns, gave recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed. The front desk lady and the nurse that took my vitals were very polite. I really like this practice.
