Drew is extremely accommodating and personable; Patient as my kids scream in the background. Did not have high hopes of the service with ProHome since they were approving 1yr warranty flaws with our home. However, Drew and ProHome was the only enjoyable part of the experience. Would highly recommend them.

They've addressed every issue we've had with our new home since the closing.While there are still things that have to be corrected. I'm confident that Prohome will make it right in a timely and professional manner.

We recently bought a home with Winchester Homes and ProHomes is the warranty service they use. Let me start off by saying that we had a really great experience with Jesse who did our initial pre-closing walkthrough, about a week before we closed on our house. He was kind, attentive, and gave a lot of great tips for first time homeowners. That experience was great.However, the day prior to closing we received a call from Teri at Prohomes to inform us that our sign-off walkthrough would be changed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
