We are honored to share our five star experience with Golden Rule Builders. They built our custom home in 2020. We were drawn initially by their nearly forty year history as a quality custom home builder. In fact, 20 years prior to our choosing them to build our home, they built a beautiful and functional addition to my parents’ home, maximizing space and efficiency. I had Golden Rule Builders, Inc. turn my dining room into a laundry room, mud room, pantry, shower room and a zen room! Because this was a small remodel they had their handyman portion of the company handle the remodel! From the first day they sent Dawson Hooley with his helper Nick! This team was excellent! They worked hard every day and made sure they cleaned up each night before they left for the day! Dawson is amazing as he did the work of a carpenter, plumber and electrician, along with hanging Sheetrock and getting it ready for painting! I had a complex home repair project that required a knowledgeable contractor. Our house was leaking through the foundation, water was pouring in under the front brick, additions were sagging off the house, grading around out home needed to be redone, the list gets longer and stranger. We interviewed several contractors and finally settled on Golden Rule. I felt they had the knowledge and team necessary to make our home safe and habitable. Brian was assigned to oversee our project.
