I'm still new to the gym but everyone has been very friendly and supportive every time I go. Well maintained and I'm happy to have the choice of doing Peak or CrossFit workouts depending on how I'm feeling for what I want to focus on

I am from out of town, but I do come back to NOVA enough to merit looking for a gym.I gave CF703 a try and it was a great experience.Even though I did not buy a membership, they treated me with great respect and gave me a great rate to try out their gym for my short stay.Additionally, there is a good vibe all around the gym; I met a couple of the instructors (Jason, Tyler and Dan) and they were all courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating.If you live in the area (or visiting like me) and you're looking for a gym, this is a great place to be.

Highly recommend is an understatement.The CF 703 community and coaches are beyond incredible. If you are looking to be part of a community not just a gym- this is what you will find here. You will find the most positive, generous, strong, fit, resilient people here. You will find yourself and test your physical limits and build the confidence and strength beyond what you thought was possible. My family and I are members here and I will tell you, that CF 703 is a place for strength, community, sharpening your mind, your physique which permeates into every aspect of life.
