I have started with Joyoga when she first opened her studio 10 years ago. Joy is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and a caring teacher. She will always explain modifications for any pose that she does. I went through a very stressful time in my life a few years ago and joy’s classes helped me stay positive and calm through it. Dr Poe is the best! I’m a 53 year old Army Ranger. All the jumps and rucking in my youth has come with a toll. Dr. Poe has the magic hands that help keep me upright and moving forward. He and his wife Erin are fantastic folks that truly care for their patients. I used to drive from Fairfax, and now drive from Strasburg. Dr. Poe is worth that commute!
