“Dr. O is incredible! The nurses and office staff are so wonderful and helpful. The office is always spotless clean.
When you’re a patient of Dr. O, you KNOW you are getting true quality care. Unlike so many other doctors and offices that make you wait long past your appointment time, cattle prod you as fast as they can through the appointment making it more stressful than necessary, checking off lists of medications to load you up on because the health conglomerate that they are a part of tells them to, and sending you on your way with zero communication or responses. Dr. O considers what is best for YOU specifically and what YOU specifically need. She makes time for her patients in every way. She is honest and direct. She values your time. When you need to speak to her SHE calls you or messages you back. SHE is in charge of her practice, not some healthcare conglomerate that doesn’t care about individual patients, just their bottom line.

“The staff is so nice. I see Dr. Hicks, he is awesome. He is very busy but has a way of making you feel you are the only one in the office. He takes time to listen to your concerns. Makes you feel secure and at ease about the procedure. It’s amazing how quickly it’s done & over with. I didn't realize how much my eyes had changed & how much better I can see now.I couldn’t wait for it to got dark because I hated seeing all those white lines then when I felt like getting out at night it was great! all the extra lines were gone.I felt secure in driving at night again. Dr. Hicks & staff are awesome. I’m so glad he went to school to take of patients eyes like mine. He & his staff are so nice! Thank you to everyone there. They treat you like family! If you need catac surgery it’s worth the drive I live in Richlands & it’s worth the drive & the only pain I felt was when they started my I’v and I barely felt that.

“This place is absolutely amazing it was a process on 4 different visits to get my dentures and it was the best visits ever they gave me my confidence back and they was so amazing I had been without teeth for over 4 years and I learned these dentures in a month followed all the instructions my dentist gave me and I'm thankful.
