Everything was explained to me before and after the procedure. My experience went way beyond my expectations.I was completely at ease from the time I walked into the building. “I have been at etsu family physians for 20 year. I have mixed feelings about going there. But I haven't found a place that's better for me and my situation. They do listen to what you are saying I will give them that. But then they have to go talk to the actual physician and see what the best course of action is best then both of them come in and talk to you. If you misss 3 appointments they can't schedule a appointment you have to do a walk in and wait till they have an appointment. But all together they have some bad but they have more good experience for me. You will have to go and see how good it is for you.“

Also my battery on my car died because I left my lights on and a young man who works there didn’t hesitate to volunteer to jump my battery. I am so grateful.
