“This place deserves more than 5 stars! They have given me so much back! Due to the lymphedema I have in both legs, I was falling and couldn't get good footing because of the swelling. Traveling just to Hickory, I couldn't wear regular shoes because my feet were so swollen in that short distance, I couldn't get shoes on. Veronica is the best! Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to being the lymphatic massage takes time. It is just like physical therapy, you must do as they say to get the benefits. My first impression of the office was the homely feel, it's not like the sterile feeling of a doctors office. The lights are warm and the room isn't bright. So it's peaceful. The waiting room has beautiful plants and is comfortable. I can't ever remember her name, please forgive me, but the receptionist is such a great lady. She is so friendly and is very honest with you about any questions she can answer. This place even works with your hours and doesn't do the typical 9 to 5 if they need to work you in a different time. That's not, just a job, that's passion and dedication! The wrapping stage of therapy takes several weeks and the wraps are not always fun but they took so much fluid off my legs and the hose also take time to get, that is beyond their control. The wraps are also done a way the owner specifically teaches and is much more effective than the typical spiral wrap, it's a herringbone wrap, me being a nurse, I've done a lot of research. I've seen other nurses there as well. That says a lot, a medical facility that retains nurses as patients and I'm sure other medical professionals, definitely deserves a lot of respect. I've never met the owner but, publicly, thank you for having such a great passion and giving me a place that could help me. I rarely post reviews but this place deserves it! I've also encouraged my physician to keep sending patients your way and encouraged anyone I've talked to that would listen just how great your facility is! Thank you and God bless you!“

“I was having a terrible time with Unintentional Weight Loss and getting sicker by the day. I was needing to change providers. I got the sweetest lady named Donna on the line. She helped me so much and for the first time in weeks Donna heard me, she actually heard me. She helped me get a provider closer to my home and an appointment. But more than that she genuinely cared. Then monday I was very sick and needed to be seen sooner and she got me am appointment for today. I am so glad our paths crossed.“
