The staff is so nice and treats you like family. Dr. Hicks is awesome, very busy but makes you feel like you are the only one. He takes time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel secure and at ease. It’s amazing how quickly it’s done & over with and patients can see better now. Dr. Hicks and staff are awesome. Dr. Bunning was very accommodating and really knew what he was doing. They saved my sight and I will forever be grateful.
I had cataract surgery 11-21 on my right eye. My left eye will be done in a few weeks. The nursing staff was great. The really take care to calm your nerves and answer any questions you may have. It was a pretty quick procedure which was nice. I was home in about two hours. The next day appt. was gold. Dr.Bunning explained how it would heal. Everything looked good. Dr Bunning told me to call if I had any concerns. The eye is healing nicely. No pain and no problems.
The lady, Trish that took me back first was awesome, friendly. Explained what she was doing,Dr Cook is great, Christian man,has a prayer list at check out. But everyone there is good ,friendly,and nice. Everyone should go to Mountain Empire Eye
The staff is so nice. I see Dr. Hicks, he is awesome. He is very busy but has a way of making you feel you are the only one in the office. He takes time to listen to your concerns. Makes you feel secure and at ease about the procedure. It’s amazing how quickly it’s done & over with. I didn't realize how much my eyes had changed & how much better I can see now.I couldn’t wait for it to got dark because I hated seeing all those white lines then when I felt like getting out at night it was great! all the extra lines were gone.I felt secure in driving at night again.
