House lost water during a freeze and seemed like well pump had gone out. The front office helped to get someone out quickly even though they had other jobs lined up. Tyler and Joe showed up and instead of just dropping a new well pump for an expensive install double checked everything and figured out a small piece of the line to the pressure switch was frozen. Some quick heating and a new gauge later everything was fixed and they saved me thousands. Hard to find companies that are people oriented and not out to make a quick buck of someone's misfortunes these days. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Awesomeness is best word I can use to describe the service I received from BWD!I HAD DISCOLOR TO MY WATER & not only did Amber walk me thru some details she dispatched immediately a service crew to come look into it. Reader Digest version was simple fix & next day I had no water called BWD @715 IN WHICH Amber answered (figuring I would get recording) & by 10 am they had driven over her to me & easily helped me correct problem which was water line not pushed down far enough to get ground cover.In all this is top notch company in a world where few care &do what they say in timely fashion.DEFINATLY WILL ONLY USE THEM & HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR WELL...read full review

They were very responsive to my issue. Tyler was very thorough and professional. He gave me options for a resolution, rather than just giving me the most expensive option. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
