Nice gym but they need to do a better job keeping it clean. The machines have dust and hair visible at the bottom. It seems to have accumulated over months without being cleaned.
I had canceled my account over a year ago. However, I discovered that I was still being charged. I called this location with hope to resolve this issue. I spoke with an individual named Javier. He was pleasant. Javier provided a number for me to call. I called the number and was advised I had to resolve the issue at this location. I proceeded to call Javier to advise him that I was instructed that this issue can only be resolved at this location. I expected to have another pleasant interaction with Javier.

I've been to every planet fitness in the area and this is only one that gets me feeling motivated. Its always clean, the staff is polite and the people that workout there are polite. I've been going to this location since 2022. There's a planet fitness next to my house but I rather drive 20 minutes and go to this one.
