Not sure why all the hate here in the reviews. Fantastic price, clean place, great hours. Very good selection of equipment that I use, long hours. Best of all, never too crowded, been going over a year and never had to wait for anything.Staff not over out-going, but not rude or anything.

You can't compare this to the other Ashburn (one loudoun) area gym (TFE, which is nicer but is 5 times more expensive and expects a longer term commitment) but this is a decent gym that provides a good value for money especially for entry level gym enthusiasts, high school kids, or those that want to do cardio to lose weight. This does have a tendency to get very busy during peak hours, but the staff has been friendly (at least to us). The focus is very much on cardio and there aren't very many speciality body building machines but we are happy so far with what we've used. Props to the staff here who always say hi and have that funny yet professional personality which makes working out here way better. Also shoutout to Ethan for making sure the machines are dust free. ??
